  • Rhubarb Days is Sumner’s annual street fair and festival honoring our city’s long agricultural heritage of growing rhubarb. It has everything you love about a community festival, including a kids’ zone, two live music stages, 200 street vendors, multiple food trucks and a beer garden. But you’ll also find rhubarb pie, rhubarb crisp, fresh-cut rhubarb, rhubarb-infused IPA in the beer garden, and many more rhubarb treats.

  • Rhubarb Days is held in the heart of Sumner, Washington, in the city’s charming, historical downtown. The action happens on Main Street and surrounding streets.

  • No, Rhubarb Days is free to attend.

  • One great option is at Sumner High School’s Sunset Stadium parking lot. Sumner Community Food Bank is taking $10 donations for parking at that lot, to benefit the food bank. More parking information is coming soon!

  • Rhubarb Days is a “rain or shine” event. Here in the Pacific Northwest, the show must go on!

  • Sumner Main Street Association is the primary event organizer for Rhubarb Days. The event is produced in partnership with City of Sumner. , and Knutson Farms is the presenting sponsor.

Vendor/Sponsor/Volunteer Information

  • Vendor applications open up in January or February, and vendors are notified of their application status in April. Wait list applications typically remain open until mid-May.

  • Volunteering at Rhubarb Days is a wonderful way to support the community and have fun while doing it! There are many tasks and shifts available.
